Short version. We collect the minimum we need to run a workshop booking, we do not sell your data, we keep it as long as the law and good sense require, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
The Proposition is operated by EB100 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The data controller is Dan Ilett. Contact: hello@theproposition.co.
When you submit the contact or booking form we collect your name, company, role, work email, revenue band, the workshop you are interested in and any notes you add. We use this to confirm your booking, run a short qualifying call and deliver the workshop. We process this on the basis of legitimate interest in running our business and your consent to proceed with a booking.
We log a small amount of analytics about page visits using a self-hosted analytics stack. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
Booking submissions are stored on our server in the United Kingdom and emailed to dan@theproposition.co. Newsletter signups are stored by The Executive Summary on the same infrastructure. Backups are encrypted and retained for 60 days.
Booking enquiries we did not convert: deleted after twelve months. Booking enquiries that became workshop attendees: retained for seven years for tax and contract reasons. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then a 30-day suppression record so we do not re-add you in error.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to specific processing. Email hello@theproposition.co. We will respond within a calendar month.
Functional cookies only. We do not use advertising or cross-site cookies on this site.
We update this notice when the underlying processing changes. The last update is at the foot of this page.
